At the heart of Gather & Graze is the husband-and-wife team Adam and Lili Altnether, whose shared love for food, hospitality, and meaningful experiences is the foundation of Gather & Graze.
Chef Adam Altnether brings over two decades of culinary excellence to the table. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Adam’s career began at Niche in St. Louis, where he later opened Taste and helped expand the Niche Food Group. He went on to serve as team chef for the St. Louis Cardinals, and in 2019, opened Elmwood in Maplewood before taking on his current role running the food program at Side Project Brewery and serving as team chef for the St. Louis Blues.
Behind the scenes, Lili curates menus, coordinates events, and brings a refined eye to every Gather & Graze experience. A the daughter of restaurant owners, hospitality runs deep in her roots. Her attention to detail and care for each client ensures that every event feels intentional, personal, and seamless.
